OFFER OF REWARD FOR INFORMATION A monetary reward of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) is offered by the Family, and Certain Friends, of Mike Surber for information which assists in, or leads to, the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person (or persons) responsible for the murder of Mike Surber. All information given to the Ocean Springs Police Department will be kept confidential to the extent allowed by law, but an informant’s testimony may be required in order to achieve conviction; however, the extent of any informant’s cooperation in the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person (or persons) responsible for the murder of Mike Surber will be given due consideration in determining the amount of any payment and the timing of any payment pursuant to this offer of a reward.

This photograph is a person of interest believed to have knowledge concerning the murder of Mike. Any and all accurate information concerning the identity and whereabouts (both present and former) of the person depicted is critically sought by the Family, and Certain Friends, of Mike Surber, and the Ocean Springs Police Department.
Although it is not accurately depicted on this photograph, the person depicted may, or may not, have a very simple tattoo below his right eye as well as a silver earring in the upper part of his right ear.
Ultimately, the amount of any payment and the timing of any payment pursuant to this offer of reward will be left to the sole discretion of the Surber family.
